Is www.oidview.com still free?

I’m trying to download MIBs by searching for an OID and all of my results lead back to www.oidview.com. It shows these are free MIBs yet when I click download it takes me to another part of the website saying that I don’t have enough credits and to pay $29 a month to continue. I also can’t even signup if I wanted to as clicking “subscribe” doesn’t do anything but refresh my page.
Where is www.oidview.com getting this “free” part from and how do I access them? For context I need to download about 100 MIBs to test with and then another 100-200 depending on the results. These numbers may change.
Aye this website sucks. It appears to be a rip off.
