Do you want to use our products but have already made an investment in another vendor's tools? We're so confident you'll love our products that we are offering a competitive upgrade program! This will allow you to upgrade to our products for a small upgrade fee thereby not losing your initial investment in your software solution from another vendor. The following rules apply:
- The competitor's product must be within the same space (i.e. MIB Browser, SNMP tools, etc).
- You must have purchased the competitor's product within the last 18 months.
- The product must be similarly priced or more expensive
For proof of purchase, we will need you to send us the original invoice of the purchased product. If it is only in email format, then we will need you send us your license key for the software as well. Once we review and approve your documentation and/or proof of purchase, we will send you an upgrade code that you can use during the online purchasing process.
