Use this form if you need a new OidView 4.0 license from a recent purchase, need an existing license reissued (e.g. to include a plug-in module for the same computer), or if you have purchased a multi-user license and need to activate a new computer which is not yet registered in our database. If you have purchased a plug-in module or an IP license pack and need to associate it with your existing computer's HARDWARE-ID, this is also the correct place to do it.

Enter the information requested and press the "SUBMIT License Request" button. Your information will be sent to ByteSphere's license server and if information is entered correctly your activation key will be sent via email to the address you provide below.
