As a value added service, our Integration Engineers will add custom support for your existing or new devices, and in most cases integrate it into the product so that everyone in the community benefits. For customers with support, we promise a 30-day turnaround for certifications - which is literally unheard of in the IT Monitoring Market. Similar solutions will make you wait at least 90 days for a certification, longer for a more complicated integration.
