Costs to run other monitoring systems can be significantly higher, and similarly they end up having a higher negative impact on the environment. Due to it's patent-pending architecture and low cpu and memory footprint, JaguarSX can easily monitor up to 80 times what the competition does on a single server. Couple that with installation as a virtual appliance, and you have huge savings all around!

We've done your homework for you! Below are some examples of cost savings of Jaguar compared to other systems. Jaguar uses on average 1/20 the CPU and memory that traditional monitoring software uses. Assumptions - savings are based on a three year window which is the average amount of time an enterprise software solution is used before it is changed. Regarding monitor count, 20 monitors is approximately equal to 1 host (i.e. a server, router, switch, etc.). A monitor is a CPU, hard-disk, interface, application, etc. Polling and data storage occurs at 5-minute intervals.

The numbers show that JaguarSX is truly the most affordable and the greenest monitoring software available today for large scale deployments.
