Trap Manager License Packs License packs are additive, and licensed per installed node. The number of licenses dictates how many IPs can be monitored and how many trap filters can be used by the system at one time. So, if you need to monitor a large number of devices or you have a large number of different types of traps coming in, you should purchase a larger license pack. When you purchase a license pack now, it can be added to subsequent license pack purchases in the future. For example, if you needed to monitor 200 nodes now, you could simply purchase a 200 license pack. Later on when your network expands, you could buy another 200 for an additional $499, and you would be able to monitor 400 IPs and use up to 400 trap manager filters to recognize and automatically process up to 400 different events. If you have a very large number of devices or event types you should purchase an unlimited license pack.

Basic Support and Maintenance

Maintenance is included in the first 12 months for any new license purchase.
After the 12 month period, maintenance must be purchased to continue to
have web-based access to our support staff, software updates, and license transfers.

Please note that maintenance is not required to simply use and run the product
as it will continue to function on the same computer it was originally installed on
(as long as it is not modified or upgraded), for a period of 10 years. Modifying or
upgrading the system can void the license, and then maintenance is required for you to
be able to reissue the license for the same machine or transfer it to another machine.

Each package below renews basic OidView support for a 12-month, 24-month,
or 36-month period. Choose a longer maintenance plan to avoid the frequent
hassle of renewing each year. Premium maintenance packages may also be purchased
(i.e. phone and remote dial-in 24x7 support) by contacting our sales department.
